Prof. Dr. Lampe Amino Maxi Plus
Amino Maxi Plus 410 mg. Super active content per capsule
All essential amino acids in one capsule.
Prof. Dr. Lampe Amino Maxi Plus contains a mixture of 13 amino acids and choline, a natural messenger substance of the nervous system that fulfils certain functions of amino acids, specially tailored to the needs of athletes. They complement each other in their effects.
Amino acids are partly responsible for performance, endurance, well-being, youthfulness and immune system strength
Prof. Dr. Lampe Amino Maxi Plus contains a high proportion of branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs: valine, leucine, isoleucine). BCAAs play a crucial role in the energy balance of the muscles. They are converted (unlike other amino acids) directly in the muscle cells into the main components glutamine and alanine.
Branched-chain amino acids are often used as dietary supplements in strength training and endurance sports. The desired effects are improved muscle building or less muscle breakdown and later fatigue during endurance exercise. This is particularly important when the body is subjected to greater strain, for example through sport or diet. This is because when energy requirements are increased or energy intake is low, muscle reserves are used.
Alanine and glutamine are released into the bloodstream. They can be important for the immune system and for producing energy-storing glycogen.
Popular combination for endurance and strength training
High proportion of BCAAs
With choline for better absorption
Amino acids are of great importance in biochemistry. They regulate all processes in the human body and are the building blocks of proteins. Amino acids are necessary for the construction of structural proteins (such as collagen), enzymes, blood clotting factors, antibodies, transport molecules, muscles and hormones (such as insulin). In addition, amino acids are necessary for the detoxification of the organism, the formation of neurotransmitters, energy metabolism and the synthesis of substances such as coenzyme A.
Skin, hair and nails
Amino acids have positive properties for skin, hair and nails. They provide active vital substances that are important for improving hair quality, strengthening nails and increasing skin elasticity. Beautiful, shiny hair, strong fingernails and smooth, firm skin are signs of health and natural beauty.
Sleep, mood and performance
Sleep, mood and performance - these characteristics are interdependent. In order to maintain a healthy balance, it is important to supply the body with the necessary nutrients. Tryptophan and phenylalanine make a decisive contribution here.
Potency and libido
Amino acids can facilitate and promote functions of the organism that have to do with potency and sexual performance. Arginine and ornithine are the key amino acids in this context. As a precursor molecule of nitric oxide, a molecule whose far-reaching and astonishing effects in the organism were only recently discovered (for which a Nobel Prize was awarded in 1998), they can achieve astonishing things.
Immune system
Arginine is an important energy substrate for the cells of the intestinal mucosa and thus ensures that an optimal barrier function is maintained. In addition, the amino acid has the ability to stimulate the thymus gland and thus increases the activity and number of defense cells. Cysteine has immune-stimulating properties. Methionine has antioxidant properties, among other things.
Fat burning
Amino acids are very important when losing weight. Whether a fat cell opens its doors to absorb or release fat from the blood is controlled by the central nervous system and regulated by the available signaling substances. Always natural and in harmony with the body's needs, amino acids stimulate the production of these messenger substances. The amino acids with these properties are: arginine and tyrosine.
Cardiovascular health
Arginine is good for cholesterol levels. Arginine is a precursor of nitric oxide, which stimulates blood circulation by relaxing the veins.
The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Please store this product out of the reach of small children!
