Lutein (25 mg.) and zeaxanthin (6 mg.) are carotenoid pigments that fight free radicals and are often found together in vegetables. In the body, they are deposited in the macula, an area of the eye responsible for central vision. Lutein and zeaxanthin act as the main filter for high-energy blue light.
Dissolve 5-7 drops in 200-250 ml of liquid twice a day and take
