Germanium was discovered by the Japanese mining engineer Kazuhiko Asai in both hard coal and local medicinal plants. In the 1960s, Dr. Asai suffered from severe polyarthritis, a type of joint rheumatism. Medication and acupuncture had not been able to improve his life.

The patient treated himself purely intuitively with the organic compound germanium 132 that he had developed.

Germanium has a regenerating effect on the immune system, among other things increasing the production of gamma interferon. It increases the utilization of oxygen by the cells, so that the condition of diseased tissues and organs improves.

It helps the body to normalize basic physiological functions, e.g. it lowers pathologically high blood pressure to healthy levels - but not lower.

It thins the thick blood and thus improves blood circulation.

Organic germanium consists of a ring of 6 germanium atoms, which are closely surrounded by 12 oxygen atoms. The germanium is like a glue that holds the 12 oxygen atoms together in a very small space, but does not react with the organism itself. This oxygen bound by the germanium is not released into the organism, but mainly serves as a radical scavenger for H+ ions.

Food is burned by the body, carbon dioxide (CO2) and hydrogen (H2) are produced. The carbon dioxide finds its way out of the body by being exhaled through the lungs. On the other hand, the hydrogen combines with inhaled oxygen (!) to form water and is excreted through the kidneys and skin.

Many diseases - including Lyme disease - are based on chronic hypoxia and it is tragic when a large part of the inhaled oxygen cannot be used for cell metabolism because it is first converted into water by greedy hydrogen ions and excreted or even stored edematous.

The many oxygen atoms bound to germanium have a beneficial effect in this situation because they bind the free hydrogen, clearing the way so that the inhaled oxygen can reach the cells unhindered and develop its invigorating effect there. In this way, organic germanium enables more intensive tissue respiration, which would otherwise be difficult to achieve in the respective state of illness - and the sick person soon has well-perfused skin and warm limbs.

Because no unnecessary water is created from H+ ions and oxygen, the organism is also kept dehydrated or dry in a healthy way.

Wounds no longer ooze, repair processes take place unhindered. The hydrogen ion binding also has the effect that human pathogenic germs cannot find a basis for life without the pathologically excessive, watery environment.

The germanium-bound oxygen not only captures hydrogen ions, but also other free radicals and cell toxins.
